Born in the spring of 2013, she would go on to defy the odds through a life marked by the trials of nature. Affectionately nicknamed the "Queen of the Wolves," 907F became a symbol of resilience, surviving hardships that would have weakened lesser creatures. Despite a severe case of mange that stripped her of fur along nearly half of her tail and the loss of an eye, she thrived, showcasing a spirit that captivated the hearts of wildlife enthusiasts and researchers alike.

907F blossomed into the alpha female of the Junction Butte pack, a role she embraced with strength and wisdom. Her leadership was not simply defined by her dominance but by her nurturing spirit, as she gave birth to a staggering ten litters of pups, each a testament to her vitality and commitment to future generations. With each challenge she faced—be it territorial disputes or the looming threats of human encounters—907F's cautious nature illuminated her ability to lead her pack through the treacherous landscapes of their home. She was a guardian, reinforcing the fragile balance of the ecosystem around her.
